Cor Counseling

Cor Counseling is a mental health counseling practice located in Orlando, Florida, specializing in couples counseling and the treatment of trauma and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Cor helps adults from all walks of life who are also coping with issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and other common issues. I adjust my approach appropriately for the good of my client. I have advanced training in a variety of counseling methods including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), the Gottman Method, and Trust Based Relational Interventions (TBRI). I often utilize additional therapy approaches such as Solution-Focused, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Expressive Arts.
