The company provides its services across England but mainly within London and the South / South-East. Its office is based near Arundel and Littlehampton in West Sussex. Corbil Planning Ltd is a town planning consultancy that serves a range of clients from accomplished developers with experience in the property market and planning to first-time investors and small-scale developers in the private market. Corbil Planning Ltd, on occasions, provides expert planning witness for Public Inquiries on behalf of Local Authorities. The services that we offer include: feasibility appraisals; pre-planning and planning application submissions to Local Planning Authorities; planning appeal submissions to the Planning Inspectorate; expert witness services in hearings and public inquiries; local and neighbourhood plan representations; CLEUD and CLOPUD submissions; permitted development advice; plot search appraisals; and all other planning related enquiries.
