Fondée en 1933, Cordon Bleu est l’un des plus importants transformateurs alimentaires québécois. Les produits fabriqués à son usine alimentaire de Montréal (secteur Anjou) sous les marques Cordon Bleu, Clark, Paris Pâté et Esta sont distribués à l'échelle du pays. Entreprise en croissance, Cordon Bleu a récemment complété une série d’investissements majeurs lui permettant d’augmenter sa capacité de production.
