How is your life treating you? How are you responding to life? These are challenging times and you might be noticing many of your old ideas and beliefs no longer serve you in the way they once did. It is time for you to make some changes in your attitudes, thoughts, feelings and perceptions. But how? I am dedicated to facilitating the change you seek in your life. I can see you for one session, a few, many, or an intensive weekend to resolve the conflict that is keeping you from evolving along your path. If you are dedicated to improving yourself, you will leave our session(s) feeling more in touch with yourself and have some tools to utilize in your daily life so that you can be more present in your life. I will work with you so you will have the tools to act in your life rather than react. I welcome you to look through my pages and contact me if you would like to make an appointment. I live in Santa Fe, New Mexico – so if you visit from elsewhere you can do some personal work while having a beautiful vacation.
