The Construction & Real Estate (CoRE) Awards, taking place in 2022 will honour companies in the construction and real estate sector whose products and services demonstrate excellence, innovation and sustainability. These 3 qualities are becoming increasingly important within the construction and real estate industry in Kenya as new building regulations in the country require all new buildings to meet international green building standards. The CoRE Awards recognizes the achievements of a company’s and individual’s responsibility towards the environment and provide a platform to highlight their ‘green’ products and showcase future developments. In its 1st edition, the awards aim to be much more than just a trophy, they aim to actually help businesses positively contribute to the built environment.
