Core Pilates Sausalito

One of only a handful of Pilates studios in Marin County, Core Pilates Sausalito is the first Pilates-only studio in Sausalito. We specialize in private, semi-private, and small group Pilates instruction. Our goal at Core Pilates Sausalito is to encourage individuals to develop their mind-body awareness. We aim to create a welcoming environment, inviting the community to experience our wide range of course offerings. Pilates is a happy medium between a rigorous gym workout and calming, meditative movement. Pilates utilizes resistance and builds strength without adding bulk, streamlining the body from the inside out. It also utilizes repetition, which facilitates muscle memory that will persist well beyond your hour-long Pilates session. Pilates is a rigorous mental exercise that will facilitate your ability to isolate particular muscle groups and integrate their movement into your whole body.
