For our Rehabilitation services our team focuses on working privately to tailor a therapy program to assist clients with muscle, skeletal and disc injuries. Every day we assist clients and guide them through a variety of exercise programs with gym equipment and our speciality the Pilates equipment guided by our highly professional instructors. Between group reformer classes and private trainings, Core Pilates studio is well known for our unique approach to fitness and rehabilitation which stems from the foundation of Pilates.
