Core Vibrations Health Studio is a fitness center that helps people to lose weight and tone in 4 weeks. Results are achieved safely and faster using Power Plate technology. There are no diets and clients are able to enjoy their healthy meals (including carbs!). Our personalized workout sessions are only 1 hour per session (4 times a week). Power Plate uses whole body vibration, specifically Precisionwave TechnologyTM engineered to activate the body’s natural reflexive response to the vibration. As you perform traditional exercises on the power plate, the surface vibrates 25-50 times per second (25Hz to 50Hz), resulting in corresponding muscle activation. This means your muscles are contracting 25-50 times per second. You will get better results – faster! We also provide physiotherapy services where we use power plate to help patients live life to the fullest. Our physiotherapy services help to promote faster recover, alleviate pain, build bone density, improve circulation and increase strength & flexibility.
