The C.P.T. has been the dream and brain-child of four owners, long time friends who have spent the last decade mastering the art of providing their guests with an unparralell and second to none dining experience. Looking back on our own lives, we realized that some of our most memorable and enjoyable times spent with friends and family were often accompained by two very common and widely favored comfort foods. You guessed it! Wine and pizza! So we made it our mission to provide our guests with the best brick oven pizza and finest wine around!
