Cornell Veterinary Biobank

The Cornell Veterinary Biobank is a resource for researchers, hosted and managed at Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. We collect, process and store biological samples from a multitude of animal species, benefitting from a close relationship with the College's hospital and other veterinarian partners. As the first ever accredited biobank, under the ISO standard 20387, our processes are certified for accuracy and are carried out by highly trained professionals, providing high quality annotated biospecimens of both ill and healthy animals. Our aim is to serve the scientific community with our archive, by helping accelerate biomedical research and boost bench-to-bedside research that will ultimately improving both animal and human health.
