Leadership The firm is led by Robert M. Longo, AIA, LEED AP, a licensed architect with more than 30 years of experience. As principal, Robert combines his deep knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and sustainable design with a collaborative, client-focused approach. He is recognized throughout the region for his expertise in life-safety compliance, hazardous materials classification, accessibility standards, and property condition assessments. Robert is also an educator and mentor, sharing his expertise through teaching architecture and interior design courses at Brookdale Community College, and through active participation in professional organizations such as AIA-New Jersey and Sustainable Jersey.
