Assistance in minimising risk, improving independence and advising on safety issues around the home. We can arrange a variety of support services including contact/befriending visits, cleaning/shopping services, assistance with personal care, respite care, home repairs/ adaptations or minor works such as the supply and installation of key safes. Alternatively we can offer advice and guidance regarding more supportive housing options such as sheltered accommodation or a care home. We offer a choice of practical solutions that will enable a client to make the best decisions to improve lifestyle. Once a decision has been made on the solution that best meets those needs, we will equip our client to independently source the relevant services.
