Essentially, George's will offer you a job and sponsor you for an EB-3 work visa. If the EB-3 visa is granted, you will move to Americx and begin employment at George's. While you are fulfilling your employment contract with George's, they will apply for Permanent Residence status for you - also known as a Green Card. After you have fulfilled your contract with George's you are free of any further obligation and may pursue other employment or other opportunities anywhere you choose in the United States.
