We are a locally owned full service property management company, offering residential, commercial, and condo management services. We work hard to ensure owners reach maximum benefits on their investment, without compromising the tenants experience. Our Brokerage was incorporated as Kirkside Real Estate Corporation in August 2002. At the outset, we earned a reputation for working with investors in the acquisition of revenue property. It was therefore a natural progression when in June 2003, a Property Management Division was established. Our investor clients were looking for competent, reliable management of their investments and our Property Management Division fulfilled that need. Over time, Property Management became our major focus, so our operating name was changed to Cornerstone Management in March 2012. We currently have several licensed Real Estate Professionals registered to the brokerage, as well as a full complement of office personnel. As well as management of single family homes, condominium units, apartment buildings and condominium complexes, our brokerage offers a full range of Real Estate services including listing and sales of residential properties, acreages and land as well as commercial properties. In addition to our team of front line, licensed associates who work directly with each property and our excellent maintenance crew who handle all repair and maintenance work, we also have exceptional office staff who are responsible for handling all administration and financial aspects associated with each property, including rent/condominium fee collection, bill payments, administration of all trust accounts and disbursements to owners. Thus providing comprehensive services to both owners and tenants.
