Cornerstone Project, Inc

Cornerstone is currently supporting the design and construction of a premiere, non-denominational boarding school in western Kenya. This school will house, nurture and educate children who are orphaned by the AIDS pandemic. The school will provide orphans with a mainstream experience; student body will be a 50/50 mix of orphaned children and tuition paying students. The school is designed to be financially sustainable (not reliant on charitable donations upon completion). Construction will utilize ecologically sustainable innovations to help minimize annual operating costs and preserve the environment.
