He is approved and bonded as a Superior Court Receiver handling real estate assets in the foreclosure process for banks and institutional clients. By being committed and dedication to his real estate career Randy has a successful track record with financial institutions to streamline the REO process from client acquisition to final sale in the most efficient way in a competitive market environment. With a verifiable results for the successful completion of multi- million dollar analysis pro formas for initial pre marketing property types from housing, apartment communities and shopping centers. Randy has built relationships with vendors and clients, while maintaining costs and successfully managing properties through BPOs, maintantence, operations, marketing, reporting and final sale. Prior to joining Cornerstone Real Estate Services Randy managed the sales force and residential loan portfolio for Golden Touch Real Estate - PC lending Inc. in Irvine, CA. Setting and meeting goals to provide comprehensive marketing services in order to expeditiously move non-performing assets onto the market and out of individual lenders' portfolio. As the Director of Marketing Randy takes complete control of properties from assignment to closing with his staff of dedicated professionals to keeps clients apprised of current progress via online REOTRANS or RES.net software and weekly marketing reports.
