Now a respected consultancy who can broker finance deals through involvement with a London Commercial Finance Brokers (Stirling Partners Finance) but also support SME's and Property Developers with the issues 'around' raising finance, including presentation material, lender negotiations and working with all the professionals involved, including legals. Specialise in Property Development Finance (especially for Developers who don't have an in-house Finance Director and would prefer to outsources these aspects), Commercial Property Investment funding and Commercial Mortgages for Owner Occupier Trading businesses. Also able to support businesses who are considering using Invoice Discounting or need to review their existing Packages. Cornmill Associates has also developed knowledge and expertise in the Higher Education sector, including using engagement and relationship building skills to develop Business School alumni networks.
