Over the past 17 years, as project manager, we have led 74 M&A-related projects for 50+ clients in North America, providing sell-side and buy-side M&A services and other strategic advisory services. Our most recent M&A transaction was for a Toronto client and was closed in March, 2023. In this deal, Corplan acted as the M&A advisor for Crossey Engineering who merged with Salas O'Brien, a 2,200 person consulting engineering firm with 50+ offices in the North America. Our clients typically have ranged in size from 100 people to 600 personnel with annual revenues ranging from $20 million to $250 million. Our experience includes cross-border & cross-Atlantic transactions, as well as deals done with billion dollar buyers.
