We use a range of psychometric tools to help on this journey and are qualified in KFLA, KF360, KFLP, LACR, EIP, SHL OPQ & MQ, HDS, NLP, LiFO, Saville Wave and DiSC. As Facilitators, we believe in energising teams through guided experiential learning and are particularly passionate about the Emotional Intelligence, Self Esteem and Mindset that will enable them to inspire their teams and face the ever changing landscape with courage and confidence. We want to encourage growth by giving all leaders and those with the aspiration to lead the opportunity to develop their expertise and inner confidence. We design and run a wide range of leadership programmes to support this goal. Our client partnerships are hugely important to us, which is why we are proud of the long standing relationships we have formed and friendships we have made along the way.
