About Us: The Corporate Learning Community is a non-commercial network of corporate learning professionals. Our goal is to redesign learning in organizations towards more self-directed learning. We achieve this by designing and testing frameworks for self-directed learning. Not only at the CorporateLearningCamps, but all year round: learning in networks, on an equal footing, not hierarchically, this is how the give and take of knowledge and experience should take place permanently. We corporate learning professionals in particular, who ourselves create the conditions for others to learn, want to enable us to learn from each other. Who belongs to the Corporate Learning Community? The CLC is intended to be an open community - or rather a network, with a very low entry barrier: Anyone who participates in a Corporate Learning Community activity is a community member. Explicit registration is not required. Anyone can join, take a break or drop out altogether - depending on their personal interests. The degree of participation is also controlled by the individual, from "active contribution" to "interested reading".
