In addition to our range of people and service offerings, we are a Project Portfolio Office™ (PPO) Implementation Partner, and as such are able to provide our clients with an excellent product offering as well. PPO is a web-based, enterprise capable application designed, developed and supported to assist organisations to manage projects and project portfolios in any industry. It serves as a single communication portal with key information for the entire organisation, thus enabling understanding of the strategic context, project focus, and individual project health and progress within the portfolios.
