COSA infuses you with entertaining, interactive, and surround-sound experiences beyond your imagination! The Centre for Opera Studies & Appreciation invites you to join us in its vibrant experiences. Together, we are an Artistic Celebration! We are excitedly nurturing the artist-audience-sponsor circle, highlighting Canada’s emerging opera professionals while enriching everyone's well-being and quality of life. We founded COSA Canada in 2006 and incorporated in 2009 to create essential experiences and training for Canada’s young and emerging opera artists. We grew enthusiastic audiences each step of the way, event after event, and excitement after excitement. Through our many performances and formats - house concerts, operas in concert, opera pops, stage premieres of new productions, church and school concerts, doorstep serenades, public masterclasses, and restaurant "Opera Night" events, we are making all the difference in lifting the lives of our audience members, artists, and hosts.
