Welcome to Cosan Consulting. Cosan Consulting was founded in 2013 and is a specialist provider of service optimisation solutions for the Employee Benefits industry. We work with our clients to design and implement optimisation programmes that enhance service delivery in a way that is cost effective and risk averse. Our approach covers 5 key areas (as you can see from our Services page) which are integrated, to ensure that we provide a complete solution to our clients, whether they be Employers, Trustees or Service Providers alike. Our philosophy is to encourage long term client and provider relationships, as we believe this is the most effective route to true service optimisation. We apply the experience and insight we have gained, over many years in the industry, to engineer the right outcomes for our clients. Our clients operate in both the public and private sectors and we have advised new start up service providers alongside some of the largest and most established names in the industry. Our clients are important to us and we ensure that we build and maintain a ‘trusted partner’ status with each and every one. What really makes Cosan different however, is our ever growing team and our energy and enthusiasm for what we do! Cosan is a Gaelic word meaning “the path” or “the way”.
