Karen LV Mann PhD is the founder of CosmetiChroma, a platform dedicated to empowering cosmetic industry professionals with tools to navigate scientific and technical complexities whilst simultaneously enhancing competitiveness. Built on the pillars of Science, Performance, and Passion, CosmetiChroma reflects Karen’s commitment to excellence, fairness, and transparency. With over 20 years of experience at global leaders such as L’Oréal, Intercos, Dolce & Gabbana etc, Karen led the Regulatory and Quality teams ensuring product integrity across international markets. She holds a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Bristol coupled with 15 publications in scientific journals. Having lived in seven countries and worked across all global markets, Karen speaks English, Italian, and French fluently—skills that underscore her adaptability and flexibility. Through CosmetiChroma, Karen supports R&D scientists, marketers, and sales teams by combining scientific expertise with industry foresight to help brands launch and create standards-aligned, safe, and globally competitive products that inspire trust and resonate with consumers worldwide.
