Unieke hulpverlening voor unieke jongeren. Dat is Cosmo Zorg. Wij bieden integrale zorgverlening voor de bijzondere unieke mensen onder ons. Jongeren en jongvolwassenen tussen de 14 en 26 jaar met gedragsproblemen, licht verstandelijke beperkingen, psychiatrische en psychosociale complicaties die hen belemmeren in hun ontwikkeling. Wij bieden woonbegeleiding en intensieve ambulante begeleiding. Wij streven ernaar om jongeren bewust te maken van wat zij willen en helpen hen hun talenten te ontdekken en vorm te geven. In dit proces kijken we samen met de jongeren wat de obstakel punten zijn en hoe we hun capaciteiten naar voren kunnen brengen.
