The idea that you are responsible for your own life and are the only one who can really change what you want to change, has been with me for as long as I can remember. My coaching is based on the idea that confident, balanced individuals bring harmony to others and society at large. When people find their place in the world, their fulfilment contributes to a greater good. When someone invests in growing their self worth, that positivity spreads and creates a ripple effect. I believe in coaching as a tool to heal the individual, and ultimately the whole world. How you show up every day does not only concern yourself, its effect ripples out.
