Established in 1997 and headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario. Counsel was formed to support the partnership between Advisors and their clients. We have since grown to offer investors a broad array of long-term investment solutions. Counsel is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Investment Planning Counsel Inc, in turn; majority owned by IGM Financial Inc. IGM Financial is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and is a member of the Power Financial Corporation.
