Our mission at CFL (Counselling For Life) is to provide a robust counselling and training service to individuals and the community. We are privileged to walk alongside our clients as they navigate the uncertainties and challenges of life. At CFL we provide support to our clients with care and compassion. It is through our strong relational connection with our clients that they become empowered to move forward in healthy and resilient ways. Therapy can be an effective treatment for a host of mental and emotional problems. Talking about your thoughts and feelings with a supportive person can often make you feel better. It can be very healing, in and of itself, to voice your worries or talk about something that's weighing on your mind. As an experienced and well-rounded team of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, we serve our greater community through counselling, training, groups and workshops, as our clients grow and develop.
