Counselling at your fingertips, whenever and wherever you need it, without travel or delay! counsellingLIFE is an Australian based service, where you have the option of video calls or phone calls to discuss any issues or concerns in a counselling session. I offer hourly sessions from 8am – 6pm, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), from Mondays to Fridays. Sessions for evenings or weekends can be arranged if required. An appointment needs to be taken in advance by emailing: counsellinglifeaustralia@gmail.con You will get a practical approach to addressing any issues, which will help in decreasing stress, anxiety or prolonged sadness.
