Established by John Wibberley in 2002, Counters Consulting provides comprehensive accounting and financial management services to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). Counters provides not only annual accounts and tax compliance but also the type of management and financial support that is usually only available to larger organisations with in-house accounting teams. The services offered include financial and tax planning, budgeting, cash flow forecasting and management accounts as well as bookkeeping and bookkeeping systems, VAT, company secretarial services and payroll. We also undertake one-off project work on behalf of clients. Depending on our clients’ needs and budgets we can deliver fully outsourced services, or provide support and guidance to clients who prefer to do most of the work in-house. We get involved with our clients’ business so that we fully understand the problems they are facing and work with specialist partners to supply additional services such as personal financial planning, R&D tax and corporate financing.
