Counties & Capital Consulting (C & CC) Ltd. is a successfully growing property, land and real estate interim and consultancy business, founded by Owner and Managing Director, Neill Tickle in December 2020. Neill has always worked in Construction, Land and Development throughout his career, and for more than 20 years at Director level in Development Director, Partnerships Director and Group Land and New Business Director roles. With a fairly unique set of experiences having worked his way up through the ranks Neill has been responsible for hundreds of millions of pounds worth of investment in new residential led property and development sites for a range of tenures primarily in London, Midlands and the South East. C & CC client’s requirements vary from advocacy roles and NED appointments, to Project Director roles on large urban extension sites to running feasibility appraisals and selling the affordable housing, or assisting with Tender and bid writing or packaging up schemes with a contractor to sell into the market.
