Counting What Counts Ltd

Counting What Counts is a team of Consultants and Researchers who specialise in evaluation and measurement, focussing on the needs of the arts and cultural sector. Since 2013 we have worked with a wide range of clients (e.g, Arts Council England; The Wellcome Trust) to develop new ways of measuring engagement and quality by co-creating sets of standardised metrics with industry experts. These metrics measure different impact areas and associated outcomes (social, cultural etc). Our aim is to empower users to better measure and communicate their unique value, building a culture of thoughtful evaluation and data-driven decision making. The CWC team is currently delivering the Impact & Insight Toolkit, an Arts Council England funded project.
