County Records Research (CRR), established in 1981, is a subscription based service that provides daily reports on defaulting properties in CA, AZ, NV, WA and OR. We obtain all new Notices of Default and Notices of Trustee Sale on each property, obtain the property type and characteristics of each and then research what loans are recorded against the property and which loan is foreclosing. This information is provided on our website so you can search for buying opportunities for specific property types at specific locations; we have over 60 sort options to choose from. We offer free monthly Trustee Sale field trips to subscribers as well as free mentoring and counseling Mon-Fri 8-5 we show you how to buy real estate for below market value. Our website offers free podcast clips from our monthly seminars and screen capture videos on how to use the site.
