We’re Kurt and DeAnna Mangum II, founders of CoupleyFit™. What began nearly nine years ago as outdoor bootcamps in Tempe, AZ has grown into a national platform for Generational Health™ and a family of purpose-driven brands. We started with custom meal plans, workouts, and even meal delivery. That work led us to create our award-winning S.W.A.N.™ Method — Sleep, Water, Activity, Nutrition — a simple, sustainable approach to lifelong wellness. In 2019, we were honored as a Top 30 Startup at SXSW, putting our mission on a global stage. Since then, some of our partners include Walmart, ForbesBLK, and the National Urban League which we've helped launch wellness campaigns, activations, and corporate strategy that drive real impact. Today, CoupleyFit™ is a holding company — building brands that sit at the intersection of wellness, storytelling, and strategic consulting.
