Court Collaboration

Court Collaboration is a Birmingham based residential property developer, started in 2010 on Colmore Row, the company has established itself as Birmingham’s premium developer, delivering over residential units in the city to date. The business manages all aspects of the development process from initial land search and acquisition, to planning, construction project management and delivery. In 2022 the business started construction of Birmingham’s first skyscraper; “One Eastside” in a £200m forward fund development deal comprising 667 BTR units with Pension Insurance Corporation. One Eastside is one of the largest institutional BTR forward funding deals in the UK. The business also has a large portfolio of projects in planning and pre-construction including its £180m joint venture with PGIM Real Estate, one of the largest global real estate funds in the world. PGIM’s private equity fund backed Court Collaboration in 2022 and provided the equity for the 46 storey, 581 unit Brindley Drive development. Elsewhere in the city Court has delivered successful projects with Moda Living, KKR and Top Capital Group and is the largest importer of FDI into Birmingham over the last 12 years. In 2020 Court partnered with property tycoon Sir Tony Gallagher in a £100m joint venture deal unlocking strategic brown field BTR development sites in Birmingham. The business has a robust pipeline of residential sites comprising a further BTR units across 4 strategic sites in the city, these projects are currently working their way through the planning and pre-construction phase.
