While management, leasing, brokerage and investments in real estate matters are our primary functions, service is the the foundation of our business. This is the way it all started when Paul Coury founded the firm in 1985, and this is the way it still is today. Through the years we have observed significant changes in the real estate industry. While we, too, have considerably expanded the breadth and depth of our services, we are proud of what has not changed at Coury. Our objective remains the recognition, creation and enhancement of value, and we continue to believe in the principles and business philosophy that have served our clients so well in the past.
