We actively control and manage cost at all stages of the project Oil Field Services: In JV partnership with EDG – Energy Development Group to provide oil field services leveraging off a 50-year history & partnerships with international OEMs, technology providers and contractors. Key focus on Bucking services ( Make-up and break-out of assemblies); Integrated Project Management; Rental Baskets & CCUs and Drilling & General Rental Services. Valuation Surveys with major experience both on valuation for investment appraisal ( & /business collateral) as well as for compensation or Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) using our recently locally developed application that allows live remote tracking / supervision of field staff with a provision for photographic evidence in real time and NIN validation process that would eliminate ghost compensations. Environmental Consultancy; providing knowledge and solutions for sustainable development; expert guidance & monitoring & supervision on policy and compliance (with Legal and business frameworks such as Environmental & Social safeguards) through to audits as well as delivery of ESIA and the support to develop Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
