Covenant Hand Therapy is a therapist owned and operated outpatient therapy clinic located in Plano, Texas. It was founded in 2002 by an occupational therapist named Gail Blom, OTR, CHT, CLT. Our clinic specializes in the evaluation and treatment of hand and upper extremity injuries and lymphedema.
