An NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, with a B.A. in Exercise Science, simply put, I get people strong and fit and teach them how to truly move and use their bodies! Operating out of Freeport, Grand Bahama, The Bahamas, I work with a multitude of individuals. Professional to amateur, middle school to collegiate, young and old, and in some cases those with certain biomechanics, anomalies. Focusing primarily on the development of a person whether athlete or not, and instructing on how to move optimally. This in turn assists everyday life and translates to improved functionality and safety.
