And our story begins with an ending: Grandma Bujor (at that time Mama Bujor) retired and turned her passion for cakes and pastries into a small business, a dream acquired from the time she discovered the sweetbread, a fluffy cake made by her grandparents. Since then, from the early 90s, until today, Bujor has gathered mothers and grandmothers and, in general, people passionate about traditional recipes around the ovens – the team that bakes cakes, pasca and makes the cakes you know from childhood.
