Founded in 2002, CP Financial and CP Realty Inc. was created by Carolina and Christopher Petersen by opening an office in West Los Angeles on Washington Blvd. Carolina and Christopher both left their positions with a large mortgage company with the hopes that a smaller operation created with high principles and an emphasis on quality could create a relationship with mortgage lenders which would create superior pricing and flexibility for their clients. They were right, from 2002-2006 CP Financial grew in production over 400% in total revenues and originations. By creating quality relationships with a large spectrum of lenders including A Paper, Subprime, Private Money, Large and Small Commercial Lenders, and even Hedge Fund Investors, CP Financial quickly established themselves as a leader in high quality loan originations and created the ideal lending environment. In 2007 the real estate and mortgage crisis took its toll on the entire mortgage industry, but CP Financial kept its high end reputation by creating an even higher emphasis of solidifying our relationships. Additionally we developed more expansive services by exploring more areas of real estate services, including property management, property investments, and real estate sales. The end result is a company that emerged from the real estate crisis stronger, more established, and experienced. These characteristics now spell the pertinent ingredients to a mortgage company that is ready to meet YOUR NEEDS. In November 2014, CP Financial entered to an agreement to partner with other banks and provide its own direct lending programs. CP Financial is NOW a DIRECT LENDER. Thank God
