Our grand opening of the new Cats Protection Homing and Information Centre located in Pets at Home, Newport Road, Cardiff took place in mid-February. The new Homing and Information centre is affiliated to the Bridgend Adoption Centre, the only Cats Protection adoption centre in South Wales, which is one of the 32 adoption centres across the UK. Formed in 1927, Cats Protection is the oldest and largest feline welfare charity in the UK. Our vision is a world where every cat is treated with kindness and an understanding of its needs. Cats and their welfare are at the centre of everything we do, we never put a healthy cat down. Our Homing and Information centre has three pens and can hold up to six cats at one time. We are here to provide information and advice to the public, while homing cats from our centre.
