Cph Kitchen

CPH Kitchen is a specialized catering and food & beverage operations company focused on premium airport lounge environments. We operate where expectations are high, complexity is part of everyday life, and quality, efficiency, and reliability must go hand in hand – every single day. With more than 14 years of experience in aviation catering and lounge operations, we combine strong culinary craftsmanship with hands-on operational management. As a small, focused organization, we stay close to the entire value chain: close to the food, close to our people, close to our partners, and close to the guests. This proximity enables fast decision-making, clear accountability, and solutions that work in practice – not just in theory. At CPH Kitchen, food is more than nourishment. It is a core part of the guest experience. Our approach is rooted in Nordic culinary traditions, with a strong focus on seasonality, local sourcing, balance, and variation. Simple without being boring, healthy without being rigid, and always executed with respect for the ingredients and the setting in which they are served. Our operations are built on well-defined processes, in-house production, efficient logistics, and strict standards for food safety and quality control. Sustainability is an integrated part of how we work, with continuous efforts to reduce food waste through smart menu planning, portion control, and daily adjustment to passenger flow. Our people are the foundation of everything we do. They are the ones guests meet, and the ones who turn concepts and menus into consistent, high-quality experiences. Professionalism, loyalty, and presence are essential to our culture and to our ability to deliver stable results over time. CPH Kitchen is built on long-term partnerships, operational excellence, and trust. We believe in value for money: high quality, transparent solutions, and an operation that is efficient, resilient, and reliable – every day, all year.
