The company was set up by its directors with the key principles of raising standards of professionalism, treatment of staff, quality of work, accountability and customer communication. Our two directors have extensive experience of the hospitality industry in general as well as the hospitality cleaning and support services sector. Additionally we bring specialist experience from previous backgrounds in operations, sales, finance & systems and law. This means we have a unique understanding, not only of how to provide the best quality cleaning and support services, but also how to provide an overall service to the client, from our HR support to our invoicing, staff training and management systems – all of which makes life easier for our clients. We know how important it is for our clients to have complete trust in our service, so they don’t have to spend time checking up on our people and our standards.
