We have developed a software that facilitates higher accuracy in identifying cracks in foundation, wall and roof of a building and providing an estimation of repairing costs using the power of artificial intelligence. Our application can be used in detecting cracks on concrete structures, using image processing. Different crack types would have dissimilar shape and dimensions, and our solution can handle such parameters. The imaging process is done by a drone which ensures the prospective coverage and shadow/light matters. The workflow is divided into three parts, image accusation, image processing model and cost evaluation model. The Image processing unit enhances the quality of images to determine type of the crack. The cost evaluating model calculates the estimated costs of repair.
