Crafted Learning is my way of transforming years of personal and professional expertise into a diverse set of methodologies that support the learning journeys of others. Crafted Learning is based on the understanding that we don’t all learn in the same way. This is why I provide tailored learning experiences that address individual needs and view learning as a long-term collaboration, rather than a one-off event. Through workshops, focus groups, online and in-person training, as well as individual and group mentoring, Crafted Learning offers various modalities to meet diverse learning preferences. Training and workshop sessions are anything but formal and one-sided—they are interactive platforms for mutual learning and satisfying curiosity from beginning to end. Mentoring is also carefully tailored with individualized tools and practices, acknowledging that “one size fits all” doesn’t apply in learning.
