Crafting Civic Change is led by Ania Mendrek, who brings over 18 years of diverse experience in labour market services across the public, non-profit, and private sectors in the UK, Europe, and globally. Ania specialises in service design, programme improvement, programme implementation, and delivery, with a track record of working alongside major international organisations and commissioners. Ania has collaborated with organisations such as the International Labour Organisation, the European Commission, governments, and educational institutions. Her work has focused on advocating for better policies, promoting a citizen-centric approach, and fostering collaborations among various stakeholders. Ania has led strategic initiatives and the rollout of significant programmes designed to enhance the delivery of employment services and widen access for diverse user groups. Crafting Civic Change was established to extend this mission, offering consulting services to organisations looking to transform their services to reach new ambitious goals. We help organisations transform their current operations, enter new markets, work with public institutions and policy makers to ensure services are comprehensive, addressing the multifaceted needs of communities served.
