Crafting Curries

Crafting curries is born out of my passion for authentic Indian cuisine. I was raised in India across Kerala, Kanpur and Kolkata and my food has its roots in traditional home cooking, delicious food, full of flavor and spice from across India’s diverse landscape. The Indian cookery courses are fun, and include an exclusive hands-on Indian cooking experience, learning about spices and skills and provides a fantastic dining experience in the most relaxed atmosphere, at my home in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. These Indian cookery courses are themed, and cover the variety of different regional specialties across India. It’s been designed to take you on a culinary journey and there by appreciate, enjoy and be awed by the rich variety that this cuisine offers. The courses are interactive and lively for beginners and enthusiasts alike. I run cooking and dining experiences for personalised events such as Birthdays, Anniversaries and Hen Do’s in and around Peterborough, Cambridgeshire for small groups. I also use Indian Cooking as a platform for team building and cultural integration for corporates and businesses. All scheduled Indian cookery courses run out of my home in Peterborough, but personalised courses and events can be designed around your home or your choice venue.
