We work with and for the artisans of Kenya and onwards to the rest of Africa to create economic opportunities for them by leveraging on their talents. We are passionate about creating opportunities for artisans because a majority of them are below the radar of conventional employment. The Artisan economy is valued at $32B with a very small percentage of that going to the African continent. This is while we are endowed with rich cultural heritage, unique raw materials and deep-rooted talent and skill. We upraise the artisans to meet the current trends and quality standards in the international market and take up the challenging process of seeking retail partners and executing the intricate export process. For Kenya and thereafter other qualifying countries, we purpose to be agents of transformation for rural communities in the uptake of AGOA and other international opportunities. We are members the Artisan alliance, a community of businesses around the world committed to supporting the artisan economy which is touted as the second biggest employer in emerging economies after agriculture.
