Published Author of the book 'Conquer Your Inner Demons - The Ultimate Guide to Better Mental Health' which provides the reader with an innovative two-part book. The first part of the book is my life story and journey with mental health illnesses. I talk about my childhood, growing up and starting in the workforce, and eventually, my personal challenge - Trekking the Inca Trail for the Leukaemia Foundation here in Australia in May of 2016. The second part of the book is an eight chapter self-help section on the things that have helped me the most with my mental health struggles. Things such as Doctors / Psychologists / Psychiatrists / Medication / Sleep and a whole host of other things. The foreword of my book has been written by my treating psychologist Dr John Di Battista. Who better to write the foreword than the person who besides my wife, probably knows the most about me and how I operate. After reading the book, he agreed to write the foreword, so he must have been happy to have his name attached, which provides more power to the book. I'm also a mental health advocate, and through that, I try and help others who are having troubles navigating the mental health system as best as possible. Having had to utilise a large number of the services out there, I feel that I can provide insight to others. Last, but certainly not least, I am a graduate of the Speakers Institute Premier Boot Camp which is a three-day immersive learning experience which allowed me to conquer my fear of speaking in public, and being able to craft my story and experience in such a way as to be useful for others.
